Tomorrow I head for some ultrasound scans and then hopefully some guided Corticosteroid injections into my feet to try stop the ongoing pain I've had in them for 6 months now… Praying that this does the trick !!! #mortonsneuroma

Previous It was great to be in at @yorkshirebikefitting today for a pair of new insoles for my trainers. Stephen might be a bike for specialist but his skills of insoles expand to all sorts of sports and also day to day insoles. So happy to have a new pair for my trainers to go along side those in my cycling shoes.Warning however, you really don't know what you're missing till you've tried a pair of Sidas Custom insoles… You'll want a pair in all your shoes as they're just revolutionary. Don't be put off by the price, both the product and Stephen's knowledge mean you'll be looking back thinking it was a small price to pay for happiness !!!
