Have you ever seen a more beautiful place? Were here on-board @paulgauguincruises #msPaulGauguin look back over the stunning island of #Rarotonga Don't worry we got off the boat and headed onto land to the island where they were celebrating Gospel Day, a public holiday here so everywhere was so chilled and relaxed. We stopped at an unassuming cafe for battered catch of the day; Mahi Mahi with chips and buy was it a winner !!! Back on board the boat now to watch the sun setting over the island as we set sail back into the Pacific Ocean… — 27 Oct, 2016

Great to be back out on the bike today in a brief spell of nice (albeit chilly) weather… First stop was at @thecommutecyclecafe in Ilkley then we turned back and stopped for a delicious #ButternutSquash cake served warm with clotted cream at one of my favourite cake shops @bramblebakehouse in #Guiseley I'll be doing this again for sure !!! — 5 Feb, 2018
