I feel like it's been a week of hospital appointments, blood tests and doctors this week… Key events include an echocardiogram, new diabetes team on board & multiple bloods all done, it's time to kick myself back into health now in 2017. Mind over matter, determination and commitment is the only cure now… If i don't get better it's now because I'm not trying hard enough or trying the right things and the responsibility is mine to make sure i get things right and back on track now !!! #2017 #roadtorecovery
