Previous In about 15 hours time I'll be on my final approach at sunrise into this little airport in the tropical paradise of #Papeete in #Tahiti before setting sail on the #msPaulGauguin for 3 weeks with @JonnyRossMusic
Next …and we've landed and arrived at the #intercontinentalhotel here in #Tahiti … What a view from our room which we've got for a sum total of 5 hours before we head off to the #msPaulGauguin on board our first of two of our back to back @paulgauguincruises sailings.Can't believe this is effectively just the start of the trip and we've done so much already !!! But we've got even more to come

Great to be back out on the bike today in a brief spell of nice (albeit chilly) weather… First stop was at @thecommutecyclecafe in Ilkley then we turned back and stopped for a delicious #ButternutSquash cake served warm with clotted cream at one of my favourite cake shops @bramblebakehouse in #Guiseley I'll be doing this again for sure !!! — 5 Feb, 2018
